RAROTONGA BEACH

Most of the island of Rarotonga are lined with white sandy beaches and palm trees. Some of the popular activities that visitors to the island like to partake in include , scuba diving, bike riding, horse back riding, hiking, deep-sea fishing, snorkeling, boat tours, scenic flights, restaurants, dancing, island shows, squash, tennis and driving around the island on mopeds.

There is a walk across the island that you can do and that is very popular with visitors to Rarotonga. The walk crosses the island and connects Avatiu Valley with the southern side of the island. The route will take you past the needle-shaped rock (known as Te Rua Manga) visible from the air and also from some coastal areas around the island.
