All five (5) beach bungalows are identical in size and floor plan. The
front three(3) are known as Ocean Beach Bungalows and enjoy the best
property locations directly on the beach. The two(2) Tropical Beach
Bungalows are located behind the front beach units and have unimpeded
views of the lagoon, very sheltered, and feature extra original large
topical “shower gardens”.
All prices below are in New Zealand dollars, include all government room
taxes, and are valid until 1 April 2009.

Reservations/Payment/ Details
You may reserve your Rarotonga Beach Bungalows accommodation by clicking
on
this link.
- Credit Card
Information—MasterCard or Visa only—will be required in advance to
guarantee reservations. Your confidential card information is kept on
file until your arrival and acts as sincere collateral to insure
serious intent to use accommodations booked.
- Cancellation fees will
be applied for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival date and
card info above will be activated. Cancellation charge s, over 30 days
from arrival date, will not be applicable and reservation file will be
destroyed.
- Payment for direct
bookings must be collected within 24 hours of arrival by finalizing
credit card details or cash payment. Personal checks will not be
accepted.
- Normal Check In –12
noon; Normal Check Out—10 am.
- Early Check In: (6:00 am
–12 noon) or Late Check Out (10 am- 6:00 pm) –space permitting - can
be granted at 50% of the published rates above.
- Special Long Term rates
can be negotiated depending upon length of stay and period of the
year.
- Round trip international
airport transfers can be arranged at NZ$ 30 per person and includes
flower greeting.
- There is a maximum of
three (3) adults per bungalow (the third person sleeps on a day bed in
the living room).
- This quiet and private
beachside accommodation is designed for calm and seclusion, so
children over 12 years old, when accompanying parents, are most
welcome.
- Our native Cook Island
staff is on hand to serve our clients needs daily. Most clients are
addressed on a first name basis to suggest informality and
friendliness.
